Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Echoes account and all of your data at any time. This is irreversible.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Echoes and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and all associated content are permanently removed.

Prefer to remove only your content but keep your account? Use Profile → Delete data instead.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@echoesinteractive.com from the address associated with your account (or include it) with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, reflections ("echoes"), saved memories, conversation history, mood/insights data, streaks and progress, and any stored device tokens. Aggregated, non-identifying operational logs may be retained as required for security or legal obligations.
